It was a pleasure for me to work with Kim on the sale of my rural home near Red Lodge in the summer of 2023.
Initially, she prepared a detailed comparative sales analysis to arrive at an asking price for my property. In a review of this information and our discussion, she recommended an asking price that was greater than the initial amount indicated by the sales analysis. Her rationale was convincing and, in the end, the final sales amount was a confirmation of her judgement and recommendation. My take-away from this was that Kim researches and understands very well the dynamics of the residential real estate market.
Kim was very active in networking with other sales agents and in showing the property. She provided helpful and effective recommendations on how to best present the property to potential buyers. My property was on the market for 18 days from the listing date to the receipt of the first purchase offer.
